"Todd and Cathy have been our realtors since 2009, and have helped us sell our previous home, buy our current home, and buy and sell the house we purchased for a daughter while she was attending college. Todd told us what we needed to do to sell our house in the terrible buyer’s market in 2009/2010, and we got our offer the morning it went on the market! In 2010 he navigated a complex builder / bank repo situation with another buyer already in the process to help us get a great price on our current house. During the scorching hot seller’s market of late 2020, in less than 24 hours he assessed the house my daughter found (the day it went on the market) and agreed it was a good house condition-wise, and then went to the seller and their realtor to figure out what it would take to win the raging bidding war.
