Todd has been in the real estate industry full-time for 28 years and has shown a track record of leadership and success. He has worked on a variety of large projects ranging from condo conversions to entirely new construction neighborhoods. He has been a home flipper since 1995 and recently built his first new construction project.
From 2004-2010, he built and ran the Keller Williams Intown office in Midtown, which became one of the largest and most productive offices in the country. He grew the office to 200 agents and under his leadership, it consistently ranked in the top 1% in the state and averaged an amazing 2,000 transactions a year. As the Managing Broker, Todd’s primary role was to coach, train and develop the skills of hundreds of agents at all levels. His level of experience is vast and incomparable and his ability to navigate the real estate market ensures real estate results that go beyond what you can find with other agents.
Cathy has been with Keller Williams since 2005 and brings a wealth of experience to the team. Prior to real estate, she worked in the staffing industry for 12 years where she was a top producer earning Achievers Club status numerous times. She has experience in operations, outside sales, sales training, and branch management. She relocated from NJ to open a new branch office in Dunwoody for a national staffing firm in 1996. Her natural customer relationship abilities ensure that your buying and selling process will be smooth and stress-free.

They are both honor society graduates, Todd from KSU with a BBA in Finance and concentration in Real Estate and Cathy from FIT in NYC with a BS in Marketing and Advertising. Todd and Cathy have been married since 2002 and have two boys, JD (20) and Reid (16). JD attends the University of Tennessee in Knoxville and Reid attends North Springs High School in Sandy Springs.
When not helping clients, Todd and Cathy are fitness enthusiasts who enjoy skiing + snowboarding, SEC football, attending Falcons games and spending time with their family and friends. Todd is also a weekend warrior handyman who likes woodworking and creating unique pieces of furniture. Holidays are always a special time with Halloween being a Roseberry favorite filled with unique handmade costumes compliments of Todd’s creativity.
They are both involved in the Sandy Springs community, with Cathy currently serving on the PTO of North Springs HS, previously serving on the Governance Council of Spalding Drive Elementary School, as well as volunteering at St. Jude the Apostle Church in Sandy Springs.
Todd has coached JD and Reid in baseball, football, and lacrosse through Sandy Springs Youth Sports, Murphy Candler Park and Atlanta Youth Lacrosse in Dunwoody. He currently volunteers as an usher at St. Jude the Apostle Church and serves as a mentor to underprivileged boys through the “Gentlemen of Distinction Program” at a local elementary school.
